Delivery
- After confirming and receiving your procurement instruction on「美健町」, your orders will be processed and shipped to your home around 2-3 week time.
- Our price will include:
1. All Japan’s inland transportation fee.2. All overseas freight charges to our Hong Kong’s warehouse.3. All local logistic fee from our Hong Kong’s warehouse to your home (exclude remote area) for total purchase HKD500 or more.
- For total purchase less than HKD500, our standard local logistic fees (exclude remote area) are:
- Hong Kong: HKD40 (Maximum 1kg)- Great Bay Area: HKD60 (Maximum 1kg)
- Our CS will inform you if your home address is located in remote area during your procurement process.
Product Exchange/Return
- If you found your product was fake, had manufacturing defect, or damage not caused by you, please contact our CS team to apply for product exchange within 7 days (including weekend and public holidays) after you received your products. Late application will not be accepted.
- Photos and/or videos for the application may be required upon our request.
- Following situations will not be accepted for exchange/return:
- The product had been used.- The product had been washed.- The product had been damaged or stained by you.- The product was incomplete.- The product was free gift or redeemed item.- The product was personal hygiene product or consumable.
- Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be accepted for personal reasons.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Customers have to understand all terms and conditions before placing their orders. Placing orders shall be regarded as the agreement and acceptance on complying with all our terms and conditions.
- For any discrepancy between Chinese and English versions, English version shall always prevail.
- "Hong Kong Genuine Alliance Limited" reserves all rights to modify any terms and conditions without prior notice.
- For any dispute, "Hong Kong Genuine Alliance Limited" has absolute rights on making the final decision for all’s compliance.
